▍Guidelines for Oral and Poster Presentations

1. Oral Presentation
  • Time Allocation: Each presenter is allocated a total of 10 minutes, consisting of an 8-minute presentation and a 2-minute Q&A session.
  • Presentation Format: Please prepare your slides in Microsoft PowerPoint (.pptx) or PDF format. A 16:9 aspect ratio is highly recommended.
  • Language: Presentations and slides should be in the language of your original submission (English or Mandarin). As the conference is fully equipped with the Wordly AI real-time translation system, there is no need to prepare bilingual slides.
  • File Submission: Presenters must submit their presentation files via email by September 15, 2026, or provide them on a USB flash drive at the Speaker Ready Room at least 30 minutes before their scheduled session.
2. Poster Presentation & Session
  • Physical Poster Size: Standard A0 size (Width 84.1 cm x Height 118.9 cm), designed strictly in Portrait orientation.
  • Language: Posters should be created in the language of your original submission (English or Mandarin). If your physical poster is entirely in Mandarin, you must prepare a separate "English Abstract" and display it next to your poster.
  • Mounting & Removal Time: Please mount your physical poster at the designated area before 09:00 AM on October 2, 2026. Presenters are responsible for removing their posters after 16:00 on October 3.
  • Poster Session (Author Stand-by): A dedicated Poster Session will be scheduled during the conference. The first author or corresponding author is required to stand by their poster during this time to discuss their research with attendees.
