Please note a significant academic opportunity for PERIC 2026: Outstanding abstracts accepted for the conference will be selected by the Scientific Committee for publication in a Special Issue of the Journal of Paramedicine and Emergency Response (JPER). This provides authors with an official academic record and global indexing for their work. 1. Accepted Submission Types, Language & Word Limit

To maintain the highest scientific standard, PERIC 2026 exclusively accepts the following three types of abstract submissions: Original Research, Review Article, Case Report.

All abstracts must be submitted in English or Chinese (If written in Chinese, an English abstract must also be provided). The abstract text is strictly limited to 300 words (excluding title, authors, and affiliations).

2. Abstract Structure

All submissions must include a Title and 3-5 Keywords. The main body of the abstract should be structured clearly according to your specific submission type:

Original Research & Review Article
  1. Background/Objective
  2. Methods
  3. Results
  4. Conclusion
Case Report
  1. Introduction
  2. Case Presentation
  3. Management & Outcome
  4. Conclusion

3. Presentation Preference

During submission, authors may indicate their preference for "Oral Presentation" or "Poster Presentation." The scientific committee reserves the right to make the final decision on the presentation format.

4. Submission Topics

All submissions should align with the core theme of PERIC 2026: "Resilience and Technology in EMS". We welcome abstracts exploring innovative research and practices in, but not limited to, the following key areas:

  • 🚑 Technological Advances in Prehospital Trauma & Resuscitation
  • 🌐 System Resilience in Disaster Medicine & Mass Casualty Management
  • 🎓 Innovative EMS Education & Simulation Training
  • 🛡️ Occupational Health, Peer Support & Psychological Resilience for First Responders

5. Registration Requirement

※ Please note: Abstract submission and conference registration are separate processes.

Submitting an abstract does not automatically register you for the conference. All presenting authors of accepted abstracts must officially register and complete the payment process through the conference registration system to be included in the final scientific program.
